The Caffeine Partnership now operates out of Singapore and Sydney with Arnout Mostert and Ruchira Chaudhary in Singapore and Katherine Penaloza in Sydney. Combining over 45 years of experience, Arnout, Ruchira and Katherine are acknowledged experts in the disciplines of management consultancy, brand and communications strategy, HR, organizational change and brand alignment, marketing, sales and negotiation. They have worked both as consultants and clients in organizations such as McKinsey, Hewitt, Tata Group, Shell and Interbrand.
